This privacy notice explains how Raptotype Ltd ("Raptotype", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data submitted through raptotype.co.uk. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, transparently, and only for the purposes set out below.

Raptotype Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

We only collect personal data that you actively provide via the contact form:

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or any other passive tracking technology. No data is collected unless you submit the contact form.

4. Who processes the data

The contact form is delivered to us through two service providers acting as our processors:

The website itself is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA), which may log standard request metadata such as IP address and user-agent for security and abuse prevention. See the GitHub privacy statement.

We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third party for marketing or any other purpose.

5. International transfers

Some of the processors above are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses provided by the processor.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for 24 months from the date of last contact, after which it is deleted, unless we have entered into a contract with you (in which case statutory retention periods for tax and contractual records apply, typically 6 years).

7. How we protect it

All form submissions are sent over HTTPS. Email and document storage are protected by access controls and multi-factor authentication. Only directors and authorised personnel of Raptotype Ltd access enquiry data.
