This privacy notice explains how Raptotype Ltd ("Raptotype", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data submitted through raptotype.co.uk. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, transparently, and only for the purposes set out below.

2. What data we collect
We only collect personal data that you actively provide via the contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The project details you choose to share in your message
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or any other passive tracking technology. No data is collected unless you submit the contact form.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

4. Who processes the data
The contact form is delivered to us through two service providers acting as our processors:
- Web3Forms (operated by ICEWP UG, Germany) receives the form submission and forwards it to our inbox. See Web3Forms' privacy policy.
- GoDaddy / Microsoft 365 hosts our email mailbox where enquiries arrive.
The website itself is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA), which may log standard request metadata such as IP address and user-agent for security and abuse prevention. See the GitHub privacy statement.
We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third party for marketing or any other purpose.
5. International transfers
Some of the processors above are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses provided by the processor.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for 24 months from the date of last contact, after which it is deleted, unless we have entered into a contract with you (in which case statutory retention periods for tax and contractual records apply, typically 6 years).
7. How we protect it
All form submissions are sent over HTTPS. Email and document storage are protected by access controls and multi-factor authentication. Only directors and authorised personnel of Raptotype Ltd access enquiry data.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Request access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
9. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. If we add analytics or third-party embeds in the future, we will update this notice and provide a consent mechanism where required by law.
